Commercial information for SEQUIN KINETIC digital software sales to customers in Japan.

Seller: SEQUIN CREATIVE (sole proprietor)
Seller name, address and phone number: The proprietor’s name, physical address and reachable telephone number are disclosed by email without delay upon request, allowing sufficient time before a purchase decision.
How to request seller information: Please request disclosure at contact@sequin-creative.com before purchasing. We provide the information without delay so that you can review it before deciding to purchase.

Selling price: USD 199 ($199), one-time purchase. No subscription.
Additional fees: No shipping charge applies to this digital product. Internet access and communication charges are your responsibility. Applicable taxes, currency and the total payable amount are displayed in checkout for review before you confirm payment.
Payment method: Payment methods made available through Stripe Managed Payments and displayed in checkout. SEQUIN CREATIVE does not directly store or process payment card details.
Payment timing: Payment is requested when you confirm the purchase in checkout. Completion depends on the selected payment method; download access is issued only after successful payment verification.
Delivery / availability: After payment verification, a purchaser download entitlement provides installer access from the purchase completion page or related purchase guidance. Provision is generally immediate after confirmation; in the event of a system failure or similar issue, we aim to provide it within 24 hours. Contact us if access is unavailable.
Returns / refunds / cancellation: Returns, refunds and cancellation for customer convenience after purchase, including change of mind, are not accepted. Exceptions include duplicate charges, inability to provide the purchased product for reasons attributable to SEQUIN CREATIVE or delivery, refunds required by applicable law, and exceptions expressly provided by the Terms or applicable Stripe Managed Payments / Link payment terms. Application period / special sales conditions: No fixed application period. Sales continue until discontinued.
Quantity, license or availability limitations: There is no purchase quantity limit. Each purchase licenses use on one active PC at a time. Deactivate the old PC before activating a new PC.
Other legally required information for the relevant product and sales method: Product use is subject to the Terms of Use; data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Stripe Managed Payments / Link payment terms displayed at checkout also apply to payment processing.

商品代金以外の必要料金: デジタル商品のため送料はありません。インターネット接続・通信料金はお客様の負担です。適用される税、決済通貨および支払総額は、支払確定前にcheckoutで確認できます。
支払方法: Stripe Managed Paymentsを通じて提供され、checkoutに表示される決済方法。SEQUIN CREATIVEがカード情報を直接保管・処理することはありません。
支払時期: checkoutで購入を確定する際に支払いを行います。決済の完了時点は選択した決済方法によります。支払いの成功を確認してからダウンロード権限を発行します。
提供時期: 決済確認後、購入者向けダウンロード権限を発行し、購入完了画面等からinstallerを提供します。原則として決済確認後即時に提供し、システム障害等の場合でも24時間以内を目安とします。利用できない場合はお問い合わせください。
返品・返金・キャンセル条件: 購入後の気変わり等、お客様都合による返品・返金・キャンセルは受け付けません。ただし、二重決済、SEQUIN CREATIVEまたは配布側の事情による商品提供不能、適用法令により必要な返金、利用規約または適用されるStripe Managed Payments／Linkの決済条件で明示する例外を除きます。お問い合わせ：contact@sequin-creative.com。
動作環境: SEQUIN KINETICの動作環境をご確認ください。
申込期間・特別な販売条件: 申込期間は特に定めず、販売終了まで継続します。
数量・ライセンス・提供上の制限: 購入数の制限はありません。1購入につき同時に利用可能な端末は1台です。新しい端末を認証する前に旧端末の認証を解除してください。
その他、対象製品・販売方法について法令上必要となる事項: 製品の利用には利用規約が適用されます。情報の取扱いはプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。決済にはcheckoutで表示するStripe Managed Payments／Linkの決済条件も適用されます。
