SEQUIN KINETIC — purchase information

- The proprietor’s name, physical address and reachable telephone number are disclosed by email without delay upon request, allowing sufficient time before a purchase decision.

- Additional fees
- No shipping charge applies to this digital product. Internet access and communication charges are your responsibility. Applicable taxes, currency and the total payable amount are displayed in checkout for review before you confirm payment.
- Payment method
- Payment methods made available through Stripe Managed Payments and displayed in checkout. SEQUIN CREATIVE does not directly store or process payment card details.
- Payment timing
- Payment is requested when you confirm the purchase in checkout. Completion depends on the selected payment method; download access is issued only after successful payment verification.
- Delivery / availability
- After payment verification, a purchaser download entitlement provides installer access from the purchase completion page or related purchase guidance. Provision is generally immediate after confirmation; in the event of a system failure or similar issue, we aim to provide it within 24 hours. Contact us if access is unavailable.
- Returns / refunds / cancellation
- Returns, refunds and cancellation for customer convenience after purchase, including change of mind, are not accepted. Exceptions include duplicate charges, inability to provide the purchased product for reasons attributable to SEQUIN CREATIVE or delivery, refunds required by applicable law, and exceptions expressly provided by the Terms or applicable Stripe Managed Payments / Link payment terms. - Application period / special sales conditions
- No fixed application period. Sales continue until discontinued.
- Quantity, license or availability limitations
- There is no purchase quantity limit. Each purchase licenses use on one active PC at a time. Deactivate the old PC before activating a new PC.
- Other legally required information for the relevant product and sales method
- Product use is subject to the Terms of Use; data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Stripe Managed Payments / Link payment terms displayed at checkout also apply to payment processing.

- 商品代金以外の必要料金
- デジタル商品のため送料はありません。インターネット接続・通信料金はお客様の負担です。適用される税、決済通貨および支払総額は、支払確定前にcheckoutで確認できます。
- 支払方法
- Stripe Managed Paymentsを通じて提供され、checkoutに表示される決済方法。SEQUIN CREATIVEがカード情報を直接保管・処理することはありません。
- 支払時期
- checkoutで購入を確定する際に支払いを行います。決済の完了時点は選択した決済方法によります。支払いの成功を確認してからダウンロード権限を発行します。
- 提供時期
- 決済確認後、購入者向けダウンロード権限を発行し、購入完了画面等からinstallerを提供します。原則として決済確認後即時に提供し、システム障害等の場合でも24時間以内を目安とします。利用できない場合はお問い合わせください。
- 返品・返金・キャンセル条件
- 購入後の気変わり等、お客様都合による返品・返金・キャンセルは受け付けません。ただし、二重決済、SEQUIN CREATIVEまたは配布側の事情による商品提供不能、適用法令により必要な返金、利用規約または適用されるStripe Managed Payments／Linkの決済条件で明示する例外を除きます。お問い合わせ：contact@sequin-creative.com。

- 申込期間・特別な販売条件
- 申込期間は特に定めず、販売終了まで継続します。
- 数量・ライセンス・提供上の制限
- 購入数の制限はありません。1購入につき同時に利用可能な端末は1台です。新しい端末を認証する前に旧端末の認証を解除してください。
- その他、対象製品・販売方法について法令上必要となる事項
- 製品の利用には利用規約が適用されます。情報の取扱いはプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。決済にはcheckoutで表示するStripe Managed Payments／Linkの決済条件も適用されます。

- ¥800 for the Japanese offer / US$5 for the English offer. One-time purchase, no subscription. Displayed prices include applicable indirect tax; confirm currency and total before payment.
- Delivery
- After confirmed payment at the official store, the return page provides the license key and ZIP download in the browser used for checkout. Save both within 7 days. If confirmation or access fails, contact us with your purchase reference. BOOTH and itch.io purchases follow their respective delivery instructions.
- Licence and requirements
- A purchased key is checked locally, without a hardware-ID binding. See the TAX RETURN requirements and product scope. Bookkeeping records stay on your PC; initial runtime setup may require a download.

- 提供方法
- 公式ストアでは入金確認後、決済に使ったブラウザの購入完了ページでライセンスキーとZIPを取得できます。7日以内に保存してください。入金確認や取得に問題がある場合は、購入参照番号を添えてお問い合わせください。BOOTH・itch.ioでの購入は各ストアの提供案内に従います。
- ライセンス・対応環境
- 購入キーは端末内で確認し、ハードウェアIDには固定しません。TAX RETURNの対応環境と製品の範囲をご確認ください。帳簿はPC内に保存し、実行環境の初回準備にはダウンロードが必要な場合があります。

The seller, contact and disclosure-request method, payment methods/timing and general refund conditions above also apply to TRACE. Product-specific information follows.
- Price
- USD 39, one-time purchase, including applicable indirect tax. Confirm currency and total in checkout. No shipping fee; Internet access is your responsibility.
- Delivery
- After verified payment, the checkout browser's return page provides the TRACE purchase key and protected installer download. Save the key safely. Contact the established support address with your purchase reference if verification or access is unavailable; do not send the key or payment-card details. Provision is generally immediate, with the existing 24-hour target for system-failure cases.
- License / requirements
- One active PC per purchase, first online activation and signed local-license verification. Windows 10/11; see the TRACE scope and limitations and TRACE terms. The initial installer is unsigned and may trigger SmartScreen; it is the official SEQUIN CREATIVE distribution. Sales continue until discontinued; availability is shown before checkout.
SEQUIN TRACE — 購入に関する表示

- USD 39の買い切り、適用される間接税を含みます。決済時の通貨と総額を確認してください。送料なし、通信料金はお客様負担です。
- 提供方法
- 入金確認後、決済に使ったブラウザの購入完了ページでTRACE購入キーと保護されたinstallerを取得できます。キーを安全に保存してください。確認・取得に問題がある場合は、購入参照番号を添えて既存のサポート窓口へお問い合わせください。キーやカード情報は送らないでください。原則として確認後即時、システム障害時は既存の24時間以内を目安とする提供方針に従います。
- ライセンス・動作環境
- 1購入につき同時利用1台。初回オンライン認証と署名済みローカルライセンス検証を使用します。Windows 10/11を対象とし、対応範囲・制限とTRACE利用条件をご確認ください。初期installerはコード署名前でSmartScreen警告が出る場合がありますが、SEQUIN CREATIVE公式配布物です。販売終了まで継続し、購入受付状態は決済前に表示します。
