Terms of Use for SEQUIN CREATIVE products: SEQUIN KINETIC and SEQUIN TAX RETURN.
1. Scope
This page sets out the terms for SEQUIN KINETIC and SEQUIN TAX RETURN. Product-specific prices, requirements and licence conditions apply to the named product. The purchase/refund, update, liability, governing-law and contact provisions in sections 6, 7 and 9–11 apply to both products. Sections 2–5 and 8 describe KINETIC’s creative-material conditions. The relevant product page and Japan commercial disclosure form part of the purchase information.
SEQUIN KINETIC: Local creative software, USD 29 ($29), one-time purchase with no subscription. Each purchase licenses use on one active PC at a time. Deactivate the old PC before activating a new PC. See the KINETIC requirements.
SEQUIN TAX RETURN: See the TAX RETURN product-specific terms below for its price, local licence validation and delivery.
2. Rights to materials
You may use only materials that you created yourself or for which you have the rights and permissions necessary for the intended use.
You must not use materials in a way that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, portrait/publicity rights, privacy rights or other rights.
3. Ownership of user materials
SEQUIN CREATIVE does not acquire ownership of your input materials merely because you use the software.
4. Prohibited use
- Illegal use.
- Use intended to infringe or facilitate infringement of third-party rights.
- Use that violates product-specific restrictions stated before purchase.
5. Rights confirmation in the product
You are responsible for confirming the rights and permissions needed for the materials you use, including when the product presents a rights reminder.
6. Purchase, cancellation and refunds
Purchases are non-refundable for customer convenience, including change of mind or subjective expectations. Exceptions include duplicate charges, inability to provide the purchased product for reasons attributable to SEQUIN CREATIVE or delivery, refunds required by applicable law, and exceptions expressly stated in these Terms or the commercial disclosure. Applicable Stripe Managed Payments / Link payment terms and refund rights are unaffected. Contact contact@sequin-creative.com for assistance.
7. Updates
We may provide bug fixes and security fixes for the purchased version. If a serious issue requires withdrawal, we correct and re-verify the affected behavior before releasing a corrective build; that corrective build is provided to existing purchasers without additional charge. Future major versions or upgrades may be offered separately. Their scope, availability and terms are stated with each offer; this purchase does not promise every future major version or indefinite updates.
8. No broad license in user inputs
SEQUIN CREATIVE does not claim ownership of user creative inputs (including character artwork and PSD assets) merely through use of SEQUIN KINETIC, and does not require a broad license to those inputs beyond what is needed to operate the software on the user’s device. Product-specific licenses, if any, will be stated explicitly before purchase.
9. Warranty, liability and support
Results depend on the source materials and supported environment. We do not guarantee a particular creative result or uninterrupted, error-free operation. Contact contact@sequin-creative.com for product and delivery support. Our liability is determined by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Governing law and dispute handling
These Terms are governed by Japanese law, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Disputes are handled by courts with jurisdiction under applicable law; these Terms do not impose an exclusive court that overrides those protections.

SEQUIN TAX RETURN — product-specific terms
SEQUIN TAX RETURN is a one-time-purchase Windows x64 bookkeeping application for Japanese sole proprietors. The official-store price is JPY 800 for the Japanese offer / US$5 for the English offer, including applicable indirect tax, with no subscription. Confirm the currency and total before payment. The supported accounting year and requirements are shown on its product page. The purchased licence key is validated locally and is not bound to a hardware identifier. Keep the key private.
This product supports local bookkeeping, summaries, CSV export, printing and tax-return preparation. It does not replace filing a tax return or e-Tax. It does not provide tax advice, tax-accountant services, guaranteed tax calculations, e-Tax transmission, filing on your behalf or a guarantee of acceptance by the tax office. You are responsible for checking entries, tax treatment, filing requirements and backups. You retain ownership of your bookkeeping data.
The purchase/refund, update, liability, governing-law and contact provisions in sections 6, 7 and 9–11 above also apply to TAX RETURN. For official-store purchases, the license key and ZIP are provided on the return page after payment confirmation, as explained on the product page. Product-specific requirements and licence behaviour are those stated for TAX RETURN.

利用規約
SEQUIN CREATIVEの製品、SEQUIN KINETICとSEQUIN TAX RETURNの利用規約です。
1. 適用範囲
本ページは、SEQUIN KINETICとSEQUIN TAX RETURNの利用条件を定めます。製品固有の価格・対応環境・ライセンス条件は、各製品について記載した内容が適用されます。第6条、第7条および第9〜11条の購入・返金、更新、責任、準拠法、お問い合わせに関する定めは両製品に適用します。第2〜5条と第8条はKINETICの創作素材に関する条件です。各商品ページおよび特定商取引法に基づく表記も購入条件の案内に含まれます。
SEQUIN KINETIC：ローカル制作ソフトウェア。USD 29（$29）の買い切りで、サブスクリプションはありません。1購入につき同時に利用可能な端末は1台です。新しい端末を認証する前に旧端末の認証を解除してください。KINETICの対応環境もご確認ください。
SEQUIN TAX RETURN：価格、端末内でのキー確認および提供方法は、下記のTAX RETURN固有の条件をご確認ください。
2. 使用素材の権利
利用者は、自作した素材、または予定する利用に必要な権利・許諾を有する素材のみを使用してください。
第三者の著作権、商標権、肖像権・パブリシティ権、プライバシー権その他の権利を侵害する態様での素材利用を禁止します。
3. ユーザー素材の所有権
SEQUIN CREATIVEは、ソフトウェアを利用したことのみを理由として入力素材の所有権を取得しません。
4. 禁止事項
- 違法な目的での利用。
- 第三者の権利を侵害し、または侵害を助長する目的での利用。
- 購入前に示す製品固有の制限に反する利用。
5. 製品UIでの権利確認
製品に権利確認の注意表示がある場合も含め、使用する素材について必要な権利・許諾を確認する責任は利用者にあります。
6. 購入・キャンセル・返金
購入後の気変わりや主観的な期待との差など、お客様都合による返品・返金・キャンセルは受け付けません。ただし、二重決済、SEQUIN CREATIVEまたは配布側の事情による購入商品の提供不能、適用法令により必要な返金、本規約または特定商取引法に基づく表記で明示する例外を除きます。適用されるStripe Managed Payments／Linkの決済条件および返金に関する権利を妨げません。お問い合わせはcontact@sequin-creative.comへお願いします。
7. アップデート
購入バージョンに対するバグ修正・セキュリティ修正を提供する場合があります。重大な問題により公開停止が必要な場合は、原因を修正し、影響箇所を再検証したうえで改善版を公開します。当該改善版は既購入者へ追加料金なしで提供します。将来の大型バージョンやアップグレードは別途提供する場合があり、対象・提供条件は各案内で明示します。本購入は、すべての将来の大型版や無期限の更新を約束するものではありません。
8. 入力素材に関する広範なライセンスの否認
SEQUIN CREATIVEは、SEQUIN KINETICの利用のみを理由にユーザーの創作入力（キャラクター素材・PSD等を含む）の所有権を主張せず、利用者の端末上でソフトウェアを動作させるために必要な範囲を超える広範なライセンスを求めません。製品固有のライセンスがある場合は購入前に明示します。
9. 保証・責任・サポート
結果は入力素材や対応環境により異なり、特定の創作結果、無停止または不具合のない動作を保証するものではありません。製品・配布に関するサポート窓口はcontact@sequin-creative.comです。当事業者の責任は適用法令に従います。故意・重過失による責任、その他消費者保護法令等により排除・制限できない責任、権利および救済を、本規約により排除・制限することはありません。
10. 準拠法・紛争解決
本規約の準拠法は日本法とします。ただし、利用者に適用される強行的な消費者保護法令の適用を妨げません。紛争は適用法令により管轄を有する裁判所で取り扱い、これらの保護に反する専属管轄は定めません。

SEQUIN TAX RETURN — 製品固有の条件
SEQUIN TAX RETURNは、日本の個人事業主向けの買い切りWindows x64記帳アプリです。公式ストアの価格は、日本語向けJPY 800（800円）／英語向けUS$5で、適用される間接税を含み、月額料金はありません。決済時の通貨と合計金額をご確認ください。対象年分と対応環境は商品ページに記載します。購入したライセンスキーは端末内で確認し、ハードウェアIDへの固定は行いません。キーは第三者に公開しないでください。
本製品はローカルでの記帳・集計・CSV出力・印刷と申告準備を支援します。確定申告の手続きやe-Taxそのものを代替するものではありません。税務相談、税理士業務、税額の保証、e-Tax送信、申告の代行、税務署の判断の保証は行いません。入力内容、税務上の取扱い、申告要件の確認とバックアップは利用者が行ってください。帳簿データの所有権は利用者にあります。
上記第6条、第7条および第9〜11条の購入・返金、更新、責任、準拠法、お問い合わせに関する定めは、TAX RETURNにも適用します。公式ストアでは、商品ページの説明に沿って、入金確認後の購入完了ページでライセンスキーとZIPを提供します。対応環境と認証の動作は、TAX RETURNについて記載した内容に従います。
SEQUIN TRACE — product-specific terms
SEQUIN TRACE (やったまま手順書) is USD 39, one-time purchase, for one active PC per purchase. Deactivate the old PC before transferring activation. First activation requires an online license check; the signed local license enables offline verification. Only record screens and workflows you are authorized to use. You retain ownership of your inputs and guides. Recording and deterministic description generation are local; licensing, delivery and update checks use separate network services. Review generated steps and screenshots before sharing. Accuracy and compatibility with every application are not guaranteed.
The initial installer is unsigned, so Windows SmartScreen may display a warning. The installer supplied through verified purchase access is an official SEQUIN CREATIVE distribution. Windows 10/11 is targeted; Excel UI Automation can be degraded. Qt, Delphi, VB6, unknown legacy, elevated apps, multi-monitor and non-96-DPI configurations are not guaranteed. The application and generated templates are currently Japanese. The purchase/refund, update, liability, governing-law and contact provisions in sections 6, 7 and 9–11 above also apply to TRACE. Other products' prices and creative-material/accounting conditions do not describe TRACE. See its product page and purchase disclosure.
SEQUIN TRACE — 製品固有の条件
SEQUIN TRACE（やったまま手順書）はUSD 39の買い切りで、1購入につき同時に1台のPCで利用できます。端末移行前に旧PCの認証を解除してください。初回認証はオンラインで行い、保存された署名済みライセンスでオフライン検証できます。利用権限のある画面と操作のみ記録してください。入力と手順書の所有権は利用者に残ります。記録とルールによる説明生成はローカル処理ですが、認証・配布・更新確認は別途通信します。共有前にStepと画像を確認してください。全アプリとの互換性や完全な正確性は保証しません。
初期版はコード署名前のため、Windows SmartScreenが警告を表示する場合があります。購入確認後に提供するinstallerはSEQUIN CREATIVE公式配布物です。Windows 10/11を対象とし、Excel UI Automationには揺らぎがあります。Qt／Delphi／VB6／未知のlegacy、管理者権限アプリ、複数モニター、96以外のDPIは非保証です。現在のアプリと生成テンプレートは日本語です。上記第6条、第7条、第9〜11条の購入・返金、更新、責任、準拠法と窓口の定めもTRACEへ適用します。他製品の価格や創作素材・帳簿固有の条件はTRACEの説明ではありません。商品ページと購入に関する表示もご確認ください。
