Privacy Policy
This policy describes SEQUIN KINETIC app processing and the separate handling of website, purchase and support information.
1. Information we may receive
If you contact us by email, we may receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, name or organization name, message content and technical details you voluntarily provide.
Stripe Managed Payments handles purchase and payment information. SEQUIN CREATIVE handles only information needed for purchase verification, entitlements, delivery, refunds, support and security, such as purchase references, product/version, payment status and relevant contact information. We do not receive every field held by Stripe and do not directly store or process card details.
2. Purposes
- Responding to inquiries.
- Providing support and handling product issues.
- Administering purchases, licenses or refunds where applicable.
- Security, fraud prevention or legal compliance where necessary.
3. Retention
Purchase and entitlement records are retained as needed to verify purchases, maintain purchased access, handle refunds and comply with legal recordkeeping duties. Support correspondence is retained as needed to resolve the inquiry and related disputes or obligations. Security records are retained only for the time needed to investigate and prevent abuse. Information no longer needed is deleted or de-identified, except where law or an outstanding legal claim requires retention. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; statutory retention and rights verification may limit deletion.
4. Third-party disclosure
Stripe Managed Payments processes payment data under its applicable privacy terms. We do not sell personal information. Disclosure is limited to what is necessary to fulfill a purchase or support request, to service providers acting for those purposes, to disclosures authorized by you, or to cases permitted or required by applicable law. We do not provide source artwork for advertising or model training.
5. Cookies, analytics and local browser storage
This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. It may store your language preference temporarily in your browser for the current browsing session so the selected language can be carried across pages. If analytics or other tracking is introduced later, this policy will be updated before deployment.
6. Information this site does not currently collect through a web form
The current static site does not contain a contact form. The Contact link opens your email application. We will keep this section aligned with the deployed site rather than listing data we do not actually collect.
7. Product data flows — SEQUIN KINETIC
SEQUIN KINETIC processes character artwork locally on your PC. Source artwork, PSD files, prompts and creative output are not sent to SEQUIN for processing or training. SEQUIN does not acquire ownership of your inputs. The app does not use telemetry.
License activation, validation and deactivation communicate with the configured license service using license credentials, a device binding, app version and verification metadata. Activation and device transfer require access to that service. Creative processing is local; this is not a promise that Internet access is never needed. An update check sends version, platform, architecture and channel metadata, not artwork. If no service endpoint is configured, the app does not contact that service.

SEQUIN KINETICアプリの処理と、Webサイト・購入・サポートにおける情報の取扱いを説明します。
1. 取得する可能性のある情報
メールでお問い合わせいただいた場合、メールアドレス、任意で記載された氏名・組織名、本文、任意で提供された技術情報などを受け取る可能性があります。
購入・決済情報はStripe Managed Paymentsが取り扱います。SEQUIN CREATIVEは、購入参照番号、製品・バージョン、決済状態、必要な連絡先等、購入確認・利用権限・配布・返金・サポート・セキュリティに必要な情報のみを扱います。Stripeに存在するすべての情報を取得するものではなく、カード情報を直接保管・処理しません。
2. 利用目的
- お問い合わせへの回答。
- サポートおよび不具合対応。
- 必要な場合の購入・ライセンス・返金管理。
- 必要な場合のセキュリティ、不正防止、法令遵守。
3. 保存期間
購入・利用権限の記録は、購入確認、購入済みアクセスの維持、返金対応および法定保存義務に必要な期間保存します。問い合わせ情報は、対応と関連する紛争・義務の処理に必要な期間保存します。セキュリティ記録は、不正調査・防止に必要な期間に限り保存します。不要となった情報は削除または個人を識別できない形に処理します。ただし法令や係争により保存が必要な場合を除きます。開示・訂正・削除の請求は窓口へご連絡ください。法定保存や権利確認のため削除できない場合があります。
4. 第三者提供
Stripe Managed Paymentsは、適用される同社のプライバシー条件に従い決済情報を処理します。個人情報を販売しません。情報の提供は、購入・サポートの履行に必要な処理委託、本人の同意がある場合、その他適用法令が認める、または求める場合に限ります。素材を広告やモデル学習のために提供しません。
5. Cookie・analytics・ブラウザ内保存
本サイトでは広告Cookieおよびアクセス解析Cookieを使用していません。選択した言語を保持するため、言語設定のみをブラウザ内にローカル保存する場合があります。将来analytics等を導入する場合は、導入前に本ポリシーを更新します。
6. 現在のサイトがWebフォーム経由では取得しない情報
現在の静的サイトにはお問い合わせフォームがありません。Contactリンクは利用者のメールアプリを開きます。「取得していない情報」を取得しているかのように記載せず、実装と本文を一致させます。
7. 製品ごとのデータフロー — SEQUIN KINETIC
SEQUIN KINETICはキャラクター素材をPC上でローカル処理します。素材・PSD・プロンプト・創作出力を処理や学習のためにSEQUINへ送信せず、入力素材の所有権も取得しません。アプリはtelemetryを使用しません。
ライセンスの認証・検証・解除では、設定されたライセンスサービスへライセンス情報、端末識別用の値、アプリバージョンおよび検証用メタデータを送信します。認証と端末移行には当該サービスへの接続が必要です。創作処理はローカルですが、インターネットが一切不要という意味ではありません。更新確認で送信するのはバージョン・OS・アーキテクチャ・更新チャネルの情報であり、作品ではありません。接続先が設定されていないサービスへは通信しません。
