Privacy Policy
This policy describes SEQUIN KINETIC app processing and the separate handling of website, purchase and support information.
1. Information we may receive
If you contact us by email, we may receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, name or organization name, message content and technical details you voluntarily provide.
Stripe Managed Payments handles purchase and payment information. SEQUIN CREATIVE handles only information needed for purchase verification, entitlements, delivery, refunds, support and security, such as purchase references, product/version, payment status and relevant contact information. We do not receive every field held by Stripe and do not directly store or process card details.
2. Purposes
- Responding to inquiries.
- Providing support and handling product issues.
- Administering purchases, licenses or refunds where applicable.
- Security, fraud prevention or legal compliance where necessary.
3. Retention
Purchase and entitlement records are retained as needed to verify purchases, maintain purchased access, handle refunds and comply with legal recordkeeping duties. Support correspondence is retained as needed to resolve the inquiry and related disputes or obligations. Security records are retained only for the time needed to investigate and prevent abuse. Information no longer needed is deleted or de-identified, except where law or an outstanding legal claim requires retention. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; statutory retention and rights verification may limit deletion.
4. Third-party disclosure
Stripe Managed Payments processes payment data under its applicable privacy terms. We do not sell personal information. Disclosure is limited to what is necessary to fulfill a purchase or support request, to service providers acting for those purposes, to disclosures authorized by you, or to cases permitted or required by applicable law. We do not provide source artwork for advertising or model training.
5. Cookies, analytics and local browser storage
This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. It stores your selected language in localStorage so the choice can be carried across pages and visits; you can change it or clear it in your browser. If analytics or other tracking is introduced later, this policy will be updated before deployment.
6. Information this site does not currently collect through a web form
The current static site does not contain a contact form. The Contact link opens your email application. We will keep this section aligned with the deployed site rather than listing data we do not actually collect.
7. Product data flows — SEQUIN KINETIC
SEQUIN KINETIC processes character artwork locally on your PC. Source artwork, PSD files, prompts and creative output are not sent to SEQUIN for processing or training. SEQUIN does not acquire ownership of your inputs. The app does not use telemetry.
License activation, validation and deactivation communicate with the configured license service using license credentials, a device binding, app version and verification metadata. Activation and device transfer require access to that service. Creative processing is local; this is not a promise that Internet access is never needed. An update check sends version, platform, architecture and channel metadata, not artwork. If no service endpoint is configured, the app does not contact that service.

SEQUIN KINETICアプリの処理と、Webサイト・購入・サポートにおける情報の取扱いを説明します。
1. 取得する可能性のある情報
メールでお問い合わせいただいた場合、メールアドレス、任意で記載された氏名・組織名、本文、任意で提供された技術情報などを受け取る可能性があります。
購入・決済情報はStripe Managed Paymentsが取り扱います。SEQUIN CREATIVEは、購入参照番号、製品・バージョン、決済状態、必要な連絡先等、購入確認・利用権限・配布・返金・サポート・セキュリティに必要な情報のみを扱います。Stripeに存在するすべての情報を取得するものではなく、カード情報を直接保管・処理しません。
2. 利用目的
- お問い合わせへの回答。
- サポートおよび不具合対応。
- 必要な場合の購入・ライセンス・返金管理。
- 必要な場合のセキュリティ、不正防止、法令遵守。
3. 保存期間
購入・利用権限の記録は、購入確認、購入済みアクセスの維持、返金対応および法定保存義務に必要な期間保存します。問い合わせ情報は、対応と関連する紛争・義務の処理に必要な期間保存します。セキュリティ記録は、不正調査・防止に必要な期間に限り保存します。不要となった情報は削除または個人を識別できない形に処理します。ただし法令や係争により保存が必要な場合を除きます。開示・訂正・削除の請求は窓口へご連絡ください。法定保存や権利確認のため削除できない場合があります。
4. 第三者提供
Stripe Managed Paymentsは、適用される同社のプライバシー条件に従い決済情報を処理します。個人情報を販売しません。情報の提供は、購入・サポートの履行に必要な処理委託、本人の同意がある場合、その他適用法令が認める、または求める場合に限ります。素材を広告やモデル学習のために提供しません。
5. Cookie・analytics・ブラウザ内保存
本サイトでは広告Cookieおよびアクセス解析Cookieを使用していません。選択した言語を保持するため、言語設定のみをブラウザ内にローカル保存する場合があります。将来analytics等を導入する場合は、導入前に本ポリシーを更新します。
6. 現在のサイトがWebフォーム経由では取得しない情報
現在の静的サイトにはお問い合わせフォームがありません。Contactリンクは利用者のメールアプリを開きます。「取得していない情報」を取得しているかのように記載せず、実装と本文を一致させます。
7. 製品ごとのデータフロー — SEQUIN KINETIC
SEQUIN KINETICはキャラクター素材をPC上でローカル処理します。素材・PSD・プロンプト・創作出力を処理や学習のためにSEQUINへ送信せず、入力素材の所有権も取得しません。アプリはtelemetryを使用しません。
ライセンスの認証・検証・解除では、設定されたライセンスサービスへライセンス情報、端末識別用の値、アプリバージョンおよび検証用メタデータを送信します。認証と端末移行には当該サービスへの接続が必要です。創作処理はローカルですが、インターネットが一切不要という意味ではありません。更新確認で送信するのはバージョン・OS・アーキテクチャ・更新チャネルの情報であり、作品ではありません。接続先が設定されていないサービスへは通信しません。
8. お問い合わせ
SEQUIN TAX RETURN — local records and purchases
TAX RETURN stores its ledger, settings, backups and licence information in the Windows user data folder. The app does not upload bookkeeping records to SEQUIN. Licence-key validation is local. If a runtime is missing, first setup downloads it from python.org using a normal network request; no ledger is included in that request.
The purchase-verification and support purposes described above also apply to TAX RETURN. Its checkout uses purchase references, currency, payment status and delivery status. Card details are handled by Stripe. For official-store delivery, we store the order reference, issued license key and a hash of a browser token. A Secure, HttpOnly purchase cookie links the checkout browser to the return page for up to 7 days. The key is displayed only after ownership and payment checks; save it locally. Purchase contact information may be used to resolve delivery problems. Never send card details, a private signing key or unnecessary ledger data in a support request.
The selected website language is kept in localStorage until it is changed or cleared. A temporary checkout request identifier is kept in sessionStorage to avoid duplicate requests; it contains no card or ledger data.
SEQUIN TAX RETURN — ローカル帳簿と購入情報
TAX RETURNの帳簿、設定、バックアップ、ライセンス情報は、Windowsのユーザーデータ領域に保存します。アプリは帳簿をSEQUINへアップロードしません。キーの確認は端末内で行います。必要な実行環境がない場合、初回にpython.orgから通常のネットワーク要求で取得します。この要求に帳簿は含みません。
上記の購入確認・サポート等の利用目的は、TAX RETURNにも適用します。購入参照番号、通貨、決済状態、提供状態を扱い、カード情報はStripeが処理します。公式ストアでの提供のため、注文参照情報、発行したライセンスキー、ブラウザ識別トークンのハッシュを保存します。Secure・HttpOnly属性の購入用Cookieで、決済したブラウザと購入完了ページを最大7日間紐づけます。購入権限と入金の確認後にキーを表示するため、端末へ保存してください。提供上の問題の解決に購入者の連絡先を使う場合があります。問い合わせにカード情報、署名用秘密鍵、不要な帳簿データを含めないでください。
Webサイトの言語設定は、変更または削除するまでlocalStorageに保存します。決済要求の重複を避ける一時的な識別子をsessionStorageに保存しますが、カード情報や帳簿データは含みません。
SEQUIN TRACE — local workflow recording
TRACE stores operation evidence, screenshots, editable guides and exports on your PC. Descriptions and titles are generated by local deterministic rules. Workflow contents are not sent to an external description service or our commerce backend. Keyboard events record that input occurred, not raw keys or typed contents; password values are not read or stored. Captures identified as password input by UI Automation are suppressed or excluded from guide images. This is not general sensitive-data detection: other visible text may appear in screenshots and UI labels. Record only authorized screens and review before sharing.
Purchase verification, license activation, protected downloads and update checks use separate network services, with purchase references, license credentials, device binding and product/version metadata as needed. Card details are handled by Stripe. Secure, HttpOnly cookies bind the checkout browser and verified purchase access; download authorization is short-lived. The website language choice is stored in the browser. Support receives only what you choose to send; do not send secrets. The existing retention, security and contact provisions also apply to TRACE purchase and support information.
SEQUIN TRACE — 操作記録のローカル処理
TRACEは操作情報、画像、編集可能な手順書と出力ファイルをPC内に保存し、説明文とタイトルを端末内のルールで生成します。業務内容は外部の説明生成サービスや販売用backendへ送信しません。キーボードは入力の発生のみを扱い、キー内容・入力文字列を記録せず、パスワード値も取得・保存しません。UI Automationでパスワード入力と識別した画像は抑止または手順書素材から除外します。一般的な機密情報の検出ではなく、他の画面上の文字は画像やUIラベルに含まれる場合があります。記録権限のある画面のみ使用し、共有前に確認してください。
購入確認、ライセンス認証、保護された配布と更新確認は別途通信し、必要な購入参照番号・ライセンス情報・端末識別用の値・製品とバージョン情報を扱います。カード情報はStripeが処理します。Secure・HttpOnlyのCookieで決済ブラウザと購入権限を紐づけ、ダウンロード許可は短時間に限定します。Webの言語設定はブラウザに保存します。サポートへは利用者が送った情報のみが届きます。秘密情報を送らないでください。既存の保存期間・セキュリティ・窓口の規定もTRACEの購入・サポート情報へ適用します。
